I applied online and a couple months later received email asking to set up skype interview. I agreed and we face timed. Felt awkward having an interview over face time. Would not recommend
Pre-recorded screening for 2 minutes per question then played two games. Questions ranged from 7-10 with two attempts. Straightforward but lacked human connection so difficult to not sound robotic and mundane.

Describe a challenge faced at work and how did you overcome it
It was a 2 step interview process. First interview was with recuiter. The second was with allocation manager, location planning planner and HR manager. This process took about 3 months.
