Had two interviews, one phone and one on a video call. It took ages to get a response about the phone call interview. Never heard back from the video call so not a great experience.

I've been in the industry for over ten years and never experienced a more unprofessional experience. Little to no communication between interviews. Lack of organisation with talent team. Ended up putting me in for an interview I wasn't even meant to be in!

Interview
Straight forward and professional. Felt comfortable throughout. HR were quick to respond to questions and let me know about future rounds etc. One round was a HR screen, then more informal chat with hiring manager and then a detailed skills based interview
Extremely long process over 10 weeks. Had 3 online interviews and then was told feedback was positive multiple times when I chased for updates but was eventually rejected 6 weeks later.
