Started with a phone interview, applied for a desktop support job, so they naturally asked me some technical questions. Plus also some general questions such as "Are you working now?", "why did you leave your last job?"
Thankfully got past the first stage. Was invited a couple days later to attend a interview at their main HQ in London. I didn't get the job in the end, but i'm glad i had the opportunity to go there. The office was simply amazing! The technology they use is very up to date (iPads, Macs. PCs. iPhones, etc). It was a very pleasent place to be even for just an interview!! Open plan office and everything was designed beautifully.
The interview at HQ consistended of a 1 to 1 interview. Testing your personality, and team skills. No technical tests, as most of that was done over the phone. There is a written apptitude test. These are questions which test your reading, and comprehension skills, and your mathematical skills. Working with fractions and percentages. There is also a group interview. You are put in together with other applicants and you are given a scenario which you will need to sort out as a group. There is no right or wrong answer to this. it is mainly to see how you interact and communicate.
Staff are very nice and happy. Most are very pretty too!! Just a brilliant place to work, as long as you don't annoy management.
