I received a screening call from the Special Education Director. After a few weeks, a face-to-face interview was scheduled. It was a structured interview (list of questions read out to me by members of the interview team). The interview team included the Special Education Director and three individuals from the speech therapy department. About 20 skills-based, situational, and behavioral questions were asked.
