it was an easy interview and i git an offer on spot, the assistant manager took the interview, but the interviewer was very distracted but the interview was very nice.

I walked into the store and met the manager. I was asked to sell my shoes to him. I somehow convinced him and I was hired on the spot.
Tip: You've to be really good what role you'll be applying
They really encourage you to invest in the company and potentially buy your own store one day. The position posted was for a manager but you have to start at entry level no matter what.
