Interview with one person. Your average social service worker job interview. Interview was by video meeting. Your interviewer will typically be the supervisor of whichever shelter is hiring (Cameron House vs Brock Mission Mens vs Overflow Shelter).

Tell me about a time when you had an interaction with a client who's behavior was escalating or in a crisis. What did you do/ how did you de-escalate? (Along those lines)
