The interview process was slightly casual but to-the-point. The employer asked my credentials and experience, as well as my goals. It seemed as if he was trying to get to know me better, and it was an overall comfortable experience.

Interview
1st interview was standard. 2nd interview was a try out of sorts to gauge my skill level. After the try out I was hired and trained. The training was relatively straight forward and after my 90 day temp status I was brought on full-time. It was a very easy and straight forward process.
