Two parts of the interview, first part was an interactive part with other applicants which was overlooked by managers from British Gas, the second part was a one on one interview with a manager where he asked usual interview questions.

If successful; phone interview then face to face interview followed by group interaction test and practical (wiring) test, driving theory test required if successful
