Relatively straightforward process, however contemplated withdrawing from the process after some red flags in the interview including one of the interviewers scrolling through their phone and a missing interviewer without explanation. Never heard following the interview and the supposed decision point date. Assume its a no - but that lack of engagement/respect to candidates is in itself another red flag for me professionally.
