The initial interview was just to get to know you and if you would fit in with the culture. There were about 4 people and they were very friendly and nice.
Interview was not too technical.
Focus on client facing skills
Role was for new functionality which SA had no/ little skills off.
Onboarding was easy although things soon changed once Dimemsion Data took over.

There was a casual conversation around tech, personality, and culture. Unfortunately this casual process has resulted in a lot of bad hires. To be fair though, interview processes are difficult to refine.
