Laborious and stressful, I felt like I was being interogated by a KGB agent. The interviewer made me feel belittled and insignificant. I am an honest person but was made to defend everything on my resume like I was on trial for some sort of crime.

Disjointed. Recruiter sounded bored and disinterested. Felt like a number. Was told I’d move to the next interview, was contacted several times to set up a date for next interview. Then told everything was on hold. 3 months later received an email saying they’d decided to not expand workforce. Which is fine, of course but the time leading up to that communication where I felt like a number is what left me with a lackluster feeling towards the company. It’s possible my experience was an anomaly, I’ve not applied for any other role to find out.

Interview
Als Neueinsteiger ist nur eine Bewerbung über einen Dienstleister möglich. Der Kontakt wurde schnell hergestellt. Nach einer Vorauswahl durch den Dienstleister mit Telefoninterview, Bewerbungsgespräch erfolgte ein Bewerbertag bei BMS. Hierbei musste man sich an einer Diskussionsrunde beteiligen, ein Verkaufsgespräch führen und anschließend ein Einzelinterview bestehen. Die Atmosphäre war sehr wertschätzend, der Dialog erfolgte auf Augenhöhe. Wichtig war, dass sich auch wirklich ein Gespräch ergibt, mitgebrachte Fragen wurden umfassend beantwortet.
