Telephonic round then Face to face with manager HR round for the CTC.
Medical check up voucher.
Flexi pay declaration for tax saving.
Document sign after selection, RMO will do induction process which continue for almost 1 days
Laptop assigned all formalities will continue for 3 days to start with actual worked assigned.
Based on the job title job location with time of allotted project..
Interaction with the project manager at client place for further allocation of work.
