Straightforward. Candidates took their turns. Interview in a glass-wall meeting/conference room. Interview conducted by an HR personnel. Asked about qualification and other interests. Asked about any relevant experience of the job (project management). Asked about expectation in five years, Briefed about job requirement and expectation as well remuneration and other perks. Given space to ask anything else. Overall straightforward, no complicated task or test required.
