1st round: meeting Senior HR and COO for the 1st interview, about 30 minutes 2nd round: CEO and HR Head and Legal Counsel Interview about 40 minutes no written test, just face-to-face interview

Required me to submit original copies and copies of documents while I am completing the application form. Then, HR requires me to complete paper test related to applied job. After the test ends, HR asks to go to another floor to have face2face interview with manager. However, the expected salary is based on your last job's base salary. HR said 5% would be maximum increase and the discretionary performance bonus & allowance would be attractive in order to persuade you to accept the salary increase.
