Interview
I had a phone interview. If you passed that then you get to come in for a floor trial which was really easy because all you had to do was greet customers and nothing else.
It was a quick WhatsApp call asking me about myself as an employee, some hypotheticals and discussing what the job requirements are and what would be expected of a Christmas casual employee
The overall interview process was about 10 mins and I got an verbal offer. The recruitment team reached out three days later. Everything is well-introduced. the entire application process was nice and easy

Group Interview, very nice and friendly. Done over Microsoft Teams in groups of around 6. went through questions in turn, and different scenarios for each person. There were a range of people with different experiences.
