Started with a meet and greet zoom call where the interviewer was supposed to give the interviewees more details about the company. After a few minutes of rambling, the interviewer pulls each interviewee into a room and does a short interview. If selected, you move onto a second zoom interview a few days later.
The second interview began with you joining a zoom meeting with several other people and the interviewer gives each of you another zoom meeting link. He was late to let me into the call and the second interviewer was even later (he was about 10 minutes late). It felt like a pyramid scheme when the interviewer was talking at me rather than getting to know me. He also bragged about how I was 25 out of 100+ applicants selected which was unusual. I declined continuing after 5 minutes of speaking to him.
