The company is very elastic about the interview approach and the type of job you can perform. The interview was a very smooth and friendly experience and people asked about practical knowledge and non-coding experience. HR was extremely communicative and expressive during negotiations. The whole process was really friendly and satisfying.

I applied to BH by one of the IT recruitment portals. The process was very nice and concrete. I had 2 interview levels and one additional short meeting about salaries and my anticipation. The whole interview process was quick and it took around 1 week.
