Company first reached out via email and scheduled Zoom interview a few days later. Was very informative and thorough and eventually lead to in person interview. Before Zoom interview, was given a personality and aptitude test took maybe a half hour total. (Results were shared after and actually very interesting) Extremely kind people, offer just didn't work for me at the time.
