Got the mail seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect. Had the discussion for basic technical knowledge & I knew that I didn't answer as per my capabilities, but next day I was told that I cleared the round. When I raised the concern about their standards & requested for the feedback on which I have cleared the round. Then the recruiter vanished. So, I don't think they have proper standards.

The interview structure was well-organized, and each stage felt purposeful. I appreciated the balance of technical and behavioral questions, which allowed me to showcase my skills and experience while also demonstrating how I align with the company culture. The interviewers were professional and friendly, making it a comfortable environment to discuss my qualifications. I really appreciated overall interview process Clear and transparent the communication from the initial application stage to the interview scheduling, I always knew what to expect and when. The hiring team was proactive in providing updates, which made me feel valued as a candidate.

It was L1 interview . It started with the interviewer introducing himself and then i had introduced myself. It was followed by technical question on java , springboot and some system design questions. Duration was 1 hour as scheduled. The interviewer concluded by gicing positive feedback and said that recruiter will call back for next round but that did not happen and there was no communication after that.
