Interview
The interview was ok but unfortunately I was severely disadvantaged due to my engineering background and hence my lack of fluidity in business terms and concepts. It surprises me that BCG is trying to recruit engineers promising to transform them into business consultants but are unable to tailor the interview to fit the engineers analytical skill set . I recommend that if you are an engineer with management consultancy aspirations that you become extremely fluid in business before you apply.

The interview requires a lot of case prep and also needs you to be engaging - interviewee led. My personal experience was not as great as the interviewer had not turned her camera on and only realized at the end of the interview.

Robot based assessment. Very interesting and intriguing - each question builds up and eventually leads up to us having to provide a recommendation based on the case study provided. There were a total of 12 questions, where it required general business concepts which can be learned relatively easily.
