I have been working at Boston Consulting Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Great company culture and focus on company events and overall recognition. Great benefits and making employees feel valued.

    Cons

Very behind the times when it comes to technology and internal systems. Just now getting to the point where company is focused on a broader scope of growth and development.

    Advice to Management

Focus on catching up to industry standards and create a more robust internal promotion system. Perks are great but better salary structure would go a long way.
