    I worked at Boston Consulting Group (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Above all, the people at BCG are amazing. I made some of my best friends and had no shortage of mentors. I grew a lot in a few short years out of undergrad, and can't imagine a better job to have had.

    Cons

    Obviously the hours can be long sometimes, but you know what you're signing up for and I personally never had it too bad.
