The interview process was standard. The first was virtual, then I had two on site in the Houston office. They were around 30 minutes and the on site interviews included a case.

Cant share interview questions, but knowing how to solve problems quickly is useful. You need to be able to balance thinking outside the box while also staying on track.

Two case interviews, interviewee led, not quant heavy, fit questions at first then the rest of time is cracking the case. Fit questions relatively easy, no behavioral, just walk me through your resume

The interview felt very unstructured. The interviewer seemed disengaged throughout, taking extended breaks and not fully explaining the technical task. The time allotted to complete the problem was insufficient, and the session ended abruptly
