Premier entretien d'une journée complète comprenant entretien individuel + entretien de groupe + tests psychotechniques. Une fois cette étape réussie, entretien individuel directement au bureau avec les futur(e)s responsables.
Des compétences techniques sont recherchées mais pas que, ils sont très regardants sur le culture fit ou la capacité du candidat à s'adapter aux rythmes de travail et les parfois longues journées.

I had two interviews directly with the project team. Each was a standard 45-minute session combining a fit and case interview. The interviewers were very nice, answered my questions clearly, and made me feel at ease throughout the process.
