Full-time recruiting targeted at MBA candidate. It was very structured and clear roadmap of the whole recruiting process, but also quite fast-paced. You'd better prepare case interview during your summer internship.

Question 1
Tell me about a time when you changed someone's mind who disagrees with you and how you made it.
The interviewer had to change time the day before even if it was scheduled 1month ago. I had two interviews. The first interviewer seemed quite indifferent. They were both nice conversation tho.
Muy estándar, en total 2 rondas con 2 entrevistas cada una. La primera ronda suele ser más fácil, pero la última con los partners sí te hacen mucho stress test y challenge.
