- Set of generic questions asked about availability, type of contract, and proof of working in the UK - vital to bring form of identification. Passport/National insurance number etc.
- Set of scenario based questions usually asked in retail interviews
- Shop floor experience/observation asking walking customers if they would like to have an advantage card
