Applied for the position online through their website for a Christmas temp position. I filled in my application and sent it to them. I then got an email asking me to do some sort of pre screening test before I get offered an interview. However I didn't pass the personality stage of the test so....

The process was fairly informal and friendly. I was just asked a few basic questions, followed by a simple exercise on the shop floor handing out samples to customers in the store.
