Interview
Applied online through the company's career page and received an online assessment for both languages I applied for, and some real-cases about customer service. A few days later, they call me for a phone screening interview (a bilingual conversation). And as I moved on with this process, they invited me for an in-person interview, which consists of 1) grammar/vocab assessment 2) office tour 3) presentation of booking.com and the position 4) interview with 2 CS managers. I've got feedback in less than 24h.
