Interview
Thorough and with a lot of exposure to the company culture and structure.
It included phone screenings, a presentation, a quant skills test and multiple 1:1 interviews with senior staff across the product and commercial functions and some members of the leadership team.
There was a strong focus on the culture of the company which I really liked.
I thought the process was a good challenge for a candidate, while providing them a lot of information needed to make a decision.

There were questions about my functional experience (with specific examples needed), questions why I would be right for the role, questions pertain to my abilities to handle conflict, communicate well, drive projects to a successful completion, manage and develop people.
