I had a positive impression of the process until I got their final feedback. To be clear, I was expecting a rejection. I did not perform well in the final interview. I would have rejected myself by not performing well there. But the reasoning (& the suggestions) I got from the engineers were laughable. "Basics of computer science?" Well, I have a M.Sc in computer engineering. - I have been conducting interviews for over 2 years myself and I would never insult someone based on a 1-hour interview. Maybe teach your engineers the Basics of Decency before sending them to the interview?
