The initial interviews were fine, the HR round made me very comfortable, which was quite helpful, When my round was with the delivery head, this interviewer literally told me and project management was an art. This person was simply bragging his skills rather than listening to the other person.
Anyway, the final round with the CEO was awful. He literally made awkward faces (not sure if I was not audible, or he did not understand me). Felt like the management doesn't know what they are looking for. I would always see their listing for the same position every 6 months with the same questionary if the person has worked over 100 screens? My feedback is, ask for a solution rather than literally judging the PM. PMs have that ability to adapt and change and improve certain processes.
