Interview process consisted mainly of soft questions and basic network/administrative troubleshooting. Mainly culture and personality fit. If you can show that you are interested in learning and you've demonstrated it in certain ways then you've got it. Awesome opportunity if you are moving up in careers, but don't meander too long!
