Interview
Took about 15 minutes. She asked me about 10 questions, it was easy and basic retail questions. I was 16 at the time and I was hired on the spot. It was in a mall so she sat down in the food court with me and it was a very friendly and positive experience even though I was nervous.
The interview process was a breeze because I was referred and the assistant manager that was doing the interview told me that I would get in no matter what I answer.
