Blooms Today interview questions

Very informal, interviewer was distracted, we were interrupted 7 times (I counted) He did say they were short staffed as there was a "sweep of employees" not sure what that meant. The man that interviewed me seemed like he was intoxicated or under the influence.

A resume was submitted, you are asked whether you have tele sales experience, especially floral with another big name company. If you do they will call you for a phone interview. A background check is required.
