I applied online simple process. There was a video assessment interview that had about 9 questions very easy. Then I was selected for virtual interview on Teams. I chose a date and then I got calendar invite for another date that I did not select. I called HR and told them but she tried to play it off like If I was the one who made the mistake. Okay fine I didn’t argue and keep it moving. When It was my interview date I joined the interview and no one showed up on the Teams meeting. I called the HR office numerous times and no one answered the phone. I emailed and never got a response. Then a hour later I got an email that said the position was already filled. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I will never apply here again. This goes to show you how unorganized and unprofessional this Bloomingdale’s location is. I can only imagine how these employees are treated. I will take this as a sign from the universe protecting me from working here
