Phone screen. On site with 5-6 peers and the hiring manager. About 2-3 weeks total. Was asked to produce a 1-1.5 page hypothetical project memo and do an excel/google sheets data exercise.

Recruiter screen, hiring manager screen, behavioral loop (STAR model), and XFN conversation (3.5 hours total interview time). This format is standard in Tech/FinTech. You need well-thought-out STAR examples that are relevant.

Relatively straight forward, standard recruiter screen talking about salary expectations, tell me about yourself and experience, take home and four rounds of onsite interview followed by offer/no offer. One of the rounds is a HM pitch for the role and to answer any questions that you may have about Square and the role.
