I was contacted by a recruiter and invited to apply to the position. A few days later I met with the hiring manager and another member of the team to discuss the role and complete a pre-screening before scheduling further interviews. They declined to do an art test due to portfolio compatibility and schedules two panel-style interviews later next week.
Each interview was an hour. The first was with a creative director, art lead, and modelling artist, and largely covered my process and mindset. The second panel interview was with the members of the team I would be joining. I was largely asked about my experience and process, but this particlaur team also had some higher level questions about my career goals and my approach to the industry. It seemed like more of a popcorn-style method, with various team members jumping in when appropriate, rather than any specific list of interview questions. Overall both panels focused on behavioral questions or questions about artistic taste and mindset.
