The interview process was about as slow as expected for the game industry. I had two phone interviews and then a final onsite consisting of two interview panels. I found the interview process exceptionally easy, as I was doing the same role at a competitor game company. People with less or no experience running social media for large brands would not have had as easy of a time.
The position was originally Assistant level, but I negotiated for a higher title and pay with my experiences, which they accepted.
