Firstly call with Chief Actuary and HR Rep. Secondly call with Senior Underwriter and Finance This would have ordinarily been done face to face but was conducted remotely due to Covid. Questions were a mix of competency and technical but also of personality and fit for the role and company ethos. Everyone was lovely and made a great first impression.
