Very organized, timely and honest. The initial HR/recruiter discussion was open and informative, and the group interview was similarly comfortable but appropriately challenging. Got a good sense of what the group and job entail. Despite having to schedule during 2020, the process was very smooth.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Biogen (Boston, MA) in Jun 2015
Interview
After meeting with Hiring Manager I was invited back for an official interview. This consisted of 1hr presentation and a round table discussion. This was then followed by 1:1 meeting s with 4 different scientists. Everyone was very friendly and engaging. Unfortunately, the opportunity fell through in the end, because Biogen went through a re-organization the following week which resulted in massive lay-offs. Maybe lucky I didn't get the job?

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Biogen (Boston, MA) in Sept 2013
Interview
HR called and talked about Biogen for around 20 minutes. After that she just asked a couple of behavior questions and regular questions. She didn't ask much about details of my background. She was nice but speak very fast.
