Interview
After applying I received an invitation to do an online technical test. After it was submitted I was then invited to a stage 2 interview with some team members before moving onto a final interview with the head of engineering.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bilue in Oct 2025
Interview
I recently applied for an engineering role and was invited to complete a technical assessment through Codility. I dedicated significant time and energy to it — covering every edge case, validating logic thoroughly, and ensuring all test cases passed with 100 % success.
After submission, I was informed that my score didn’t meet their “minimum benchmark.” This came as a surprise, since the platform(codililty) itself confirmed that all test cases, including the edge ones, passed successfully.
The disappointing part wasn’t the rejection — that happens in any hiring process — but the lack of transparency in how results were evaluated. When a candidate invests hours into a test, a short explanation or breakdown of where they fell short (time complexity, code clarity, or any other metric) would make the experience feel fair and constructive.
I genuinely respect Bilue’s technical bar and the quality of their projects, but the candidate experience could be more transparent and humane. A little feedback would go a long way toward leaving a positive impression — even for those who don’t make it through.
