Pretty standard process, phone call with follow up in person meeting. Overall average process for any company. Spoke about background and past experience, told me about the role, and then we had discussion on current fit.

Interview was with the owner and founder of the company, which was very cool. Interview questions were to-the-point and nothing really unexpected. Relaxed atmosphere. Toured the office space and met other employees as well.
