Fine, pretty easy going and not too many steps. Process is dependent on what team you are applying for. There are more steps if you are trying to join the sales team.
I had a phone interview with some basic overview and information. This led to an in person interview with the Director of Operations and the Owner. The interview was thorough and fair. Good questions asked and the operation was described well.
