Give me an example of a time that you went above and beyond for a customer? Give me an example of a time where you were dealing with a difficult customer and tell me what you did to overcome the situation?
Was not hard. Asked simple behavioural questions and wanted to grasp if I could handle high-pressured environments to be able to handle work on days such as Black Friday. Mostly just talked about my past experience in retail!
It wasn’t bad at all. It was just a few quick questions about my past experience and whether or not I would be able to work part or full time, stuff like that.
