A very normal type of interview. They asked all the typical questions and everything clear was very clear. It was an online interview, I have no idea if they also have presencial interviews
It was more of a chat than an interviews I talked about my background my experiences teaching, why I wanted to teach there and what qualities I thought good teachers have. I was also asked to share a strategy on how I would manage a disruptive student who tends to take over the entire conversation and does not let others speak.
After accepting my application, I was placed into a group that attended a week-long training session. Those who passed the training session progressed to final interviews with the managers at individual language centres, which seemed to be more of a confirmation of employment than anything.
