Before interview: we are not expecting someone to know everything about underwriting but also to start fresh as underwriter. After interview: you don't have underwriting capabilities. 3 weeks of pre-interview preparation, 2 weeks of waiting post-interview only to receive an inconsistent feedback with the expectations communicated earlier. Strongly advised other candidates to clarify the technical expectations for the role early in the process to ensure alignment.

The interview is relax, and not much technical questions asked. Just some basic HR questions, so still need to prepare before going for the interview. The interview office looks nice too.
