Bennington Financial interview questions

The interview process started pretty well but the interviewers didn't respect the time of the candidate. 1st-Zoom interview with HR, easy. 2nd-Zoom interview with 2 Developers, easy. 3rd- I was told to perform a coding assessment on a limited time period. But on the day I didn't hear back from them and was told that they skipped the assesement. 4th-Zoom interview with 2 Managers. Went well but they didn't show up at scheduled time.
