Interview
First you must do an automated online interview. Then you move on to an in-person interview where you crack a case and present to 2 interviewers. Some behavioural questions follow suit.

Interview
Round 1 - Video interview (no human interviewer)
- Go online to their software where you have to record answers to specific questions asked by the computer
- It gives you about 30 sec to think of an answer and then starts recording for a set time limit
- Advice: practice keeping your answers short as it gives you a timer which cuts you off if you aren't done. Sit in a place with good lighting. Practice inront of a mirror since the only thing they see is your video recording.
Round 2 - Behavioral + Case
- For behavioral, it's your standard questions
- Case I believe they give you 2hours to a Harvard style case and make a ppt deck to present infront of a panel (3 interviewrs)
- Advice: come in with a very simple and flexible slide deck template. Allocate your time very wisely! Practice reading harvard cases because they take a long time.
