Exchanged emails with Dr. Luehrig over the course of a few weeks. He asked me why I wanted to work there and what my skills were. He explained two positions that I could work in. He explained what requirements each had and what my tasks and responsibilities would be. Each position was in a different department. The job was eventually offered to me without any real interview.
