Interview
A collegaue of mine recommended me the company. I contacted them by email, then I had a short video interview with the CEO. A week later, we had a personal meeting with a few engineers. We discussed the technical details of the job I have to do, and agreed on everything. They were really curious about me, and I found that my disadvantages turned into advantages for them. I started two weeks later, when they had organised my desk, my computer and the accounting.
