First stage interview was with three senior members, information given was clear and concise and all three were very friendly. I didn't feel at all under pressure and felt at ease answering the questions.
There was a two stage interview process. Stage 1 with Ben who is in the recruitment team. He was really helpful giving me lots of info on the business and what I could expect from a career at Bechtle. He also prepared me really well for stage 2 which is a presentation for Aron who is the team leader

Be personable. It's a standard interview process, and not much prep has to be done for it, except for stage 2. The recruiters help you a lot, and you can ask them any questions and get back to you quickly
